The Chinese manufacturer's Redmi and Redmi Note series has been really popular, so much so that the Redmi Note 4 recently became India's best-selling smartphone. It also helped Xiaomi become the number one smartphone seller in India, beating Samsung and other rivals.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 runs Android 7.0 Nougat OS. The smartphone has a 5.9-inch Full HD+ IPS display. The other variant of this mobile is Redmi Note 5 Pro. It has a 12MP rear camera with an LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera. The device is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor and 3GB RAM. It has 32GB internal storage which can further be expanded via a microSD card. Connectivity options include dual-SIM 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, and a USB 2.0 port. The device is powered by a 4,000mAh Li-Po battery.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphone was launched on 15th February 2018. The phone comes with a 5.99-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor and it comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro packs a 12-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 20-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
